We are licensed to issue title insurance in 29 states and, through partnering relationships, offer title and settlement services in all 50 states. Additionally we maintain over 60 offices, staffed by 400 employees, located throughout the states of Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and Illinois.

In 2015, we rebranded our centralized default services operations and created our National Settlement Services division which supports lenders and servicers doing business in multiple states.
